Aida Art Tours

Under the name AIDA Art Tours, I have been realizing international cultural and music projects since 2016. My work combines artistic excellence with organizational expertise and ranges from classical festivals to interdisciplinary formats.

 

Experience
As Artistic Director of the Golden Key Music Festival (2017–2025), I was responsible for organizing concerts and tours in Austria as well as festivals in New York. In this role, I collaborated with renowned venues such as Carnegie Hall, the Lincoln Center, the Ehrbar Hall, and the Bösendorfer Saal at the Mozarthaus Vienna. I coordinated international participant groups of up to 800 people per season and oversaw the organization of concerts, competitions, festivals, masterclasses, museum visits, and cultural tours. I also managed international groups, built teams of photographers, designers, and web developers, and successfully guided operations over many years.

 

From 2020 to 2023, I worked in the ‘Buddy Program’ at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, where I mentored first-year students. In this role, I guided small groups of international freshmen through their first two semesters, organized regular activities, and served as a point of contact for questions related to their studies and life in Vienna.

 

Current Projects
With AIDA Art Tours, I bring my vision to life: projects that unite music, art, and human connection. The next planned event is “Venus Nights” on December 4, 2025, at Club Bussi Bussi in Vienna – an exclusive 18+ women-only format combining networking, cocktails, music, and unforgettable experiences.
